  • We accept two pets per apartment home. Non refundable deposit of $300.00 for one pet and $450.00 for two pets and monthly pet rent is $40. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours to ask about our pet policies and our pet-friendly amenities. Weight limits do apply.
